A little bit about us
We're Jake and Dan, the two collectors behind Card Guys. Here's how we got here.
Jake
Hi, I'm Jake, and like most people in their mid-30s Pokémon played a massive part of my childhood. I still remember opening my first pack as if it was yesterday, and loading Pokémon Blue into my Game Boy. Memories I'll cherish for a lifetime.
When Covid came I found myself out of work and twiddling my thumbs with what to do. Sat in my spare room I found part of my old collection and the spark came straight back. After buying and selling locally and on eBay I was definitely back into the hobby and meeting incredible like-minded people. That's when I met Dan for the first time and the real adventure began.

Hey, I'm Dan. For the longest time I've been a Pokémon advocate, and to be honest the hobby has always been a part of my life. I've been buying, selling and grading since I can remember, building up a following locally and on YouTube. Watching the hobby and the community grow over the years has been awesome, and it's been so exciting opening Card Guys with Jake.
