Hey, we're Jake and Dan and we're the faces behind Card Guys.
For years, we dreamed of opening a trading card store where people could come together, share their passion, and find a community space that welcomes everyone.
Like so many collectors, Pokémon was a huge part of our childhood, and we wanted to create a place that captured that same magic.
It wasn't an easy journey, but after a lot of hard work (and plenty of sleepless nights!), we finally opened our doors on Friday 27th February, Pokémon Day!
From day one, the support has been absolutely incredible. Card Guys has become so much more than just a card shop. It's a place where collectors, players, families, and Pokémon fans of all ages can come together.
Whether you're buying your very first booster pack, hunting for that one elusive chase card, or you've been collecting for years, you'll always find a warm welcome here. The community we've built together is the best part of Card Guys, and we couldn't be more grateful.

My favourite part of the shop is our Kids' Corner. All the cards have been donated by our awesome community and are completely free for kids to take home. Being able to give back and help the next generation on their collecting adventure is what it's all about.
